Exercise & Fitness

Whether you want to lose weight, get in shape, build up your strength or simply maintain your existing fitness level, our courses can help - regardless of age or current fitness. There are many courses to choose from including Pilates, Tai Chi and Yoga.

We also offer specialist provision for those adults that have particular health or physical needs such as back care and exercise for arthritis. Our specialist tutors use teaching techniques and exercises that improve core strength and fitness – and they’re fun!

Some of our exercise courses now have a pay as you go option which means that you can pay to attend on a week by week basis.
